Orderly Mouthpiece Spent was a specially commissioned programme to immediately follow the live broadcast of The Last Night of the Proms, 2018, BBC Radio 3.
Devised, written and edited by Neil Luck in collaboration with a host of artists from ARCO, squib-box and beyond.

Handed the keys to BBC Radio 3 directly after The Last night of the Proms, this programme sutures together a dirtied reflection of that festival, filtered through a psycho-melo-drama for presenter around the decline of traditional, virtuosity, and the human intellect.
The show features all original material by Neil Luck and collaborators:
Fiona Bevan, Adam de la Cour, Kit Downes, Benedict Taylor, Tom Jackson, Dominic Lash, Matthew Lee Knowles, Lore Lixenberg, Musarc, Hatsune Miku, Lynette Quek, Federico Reuben, and Max Wainwright.
The programme was recorded largely in Maida Vale, and Broadcast on the 8th of September 2018, as a special edition of the Hear & Now programme - Radio 3's flagship contemporary music show.
